Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including metrics on productivity, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Windows.
