About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CTG Brands Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse performance, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse, including troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures related to workplace safety and health.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
