Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our products are stored, handled, and shipped efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, including warehouse safety protocols.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment; 5+ years' experience in a food manufacturing plant is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, experience in implementing safety protocols, and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
