Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at NOVA SCOTIA LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to make informed decisions.
- Supervise staff and provide training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Balance cash and complete financial reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive work environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best deals.
- Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in point of sale systems.
