Job Title: Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet restaurant budget requirements
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make adjustments as needed
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are following health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
