Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
