IPS Organizational Change Management and Communications Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IPS Organizational Change Management and Communications Lead to join our team at Avance Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading organizational change management initiatives, developing and implementing communications plans, and providing training to support business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive business transformation and improve organizational performance.
- Develop and implement communications plans to engage stakeholders and promote change management initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to support the development of skills and knowledge required for business transformation.
- Assess organizational readiness and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, and training.
- Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives and developing effective communications plans.
- Strong training and coaching skills, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
