Transformational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Change Management Specialist to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and communications for our Integrated Project Services (IPS) initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Drive organizational transformation through OCM while supporting solution architecture, project planning, and communication strategies.
- Lead project planning and create OCM and communication plans for smooth transitions.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives.
- Develop coaching and training plans, including end-user training and a comprehensive training toolkit.
- Support the design of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to organizational design and transition planning.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM, training, and communications.
- Proven expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development.
- Familiarity with Public Sector projects and environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale organizational changes.
