O SL Retail Services, a leading outsourced sales solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in promoting Bell wireless services to small businesses. As an Account Executive, Business Sales, you will be responsible for establishing and supporting the sale of these services through various hunting strategies.
About the Role
- Earn a competitive base pay of $50,000, plus lucrative uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and rewards that can total up to $99,000 and more depending on performance.
- Enjoy a paid car allowance, access to a vehicle, and tools for success including a smartphone, tablet, business cards, ID badge, and Salesforce CRM.
- Benefit from training in Bell products and services, job shadowing, ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities, as well as internal career growth.
- Pursue a full-time flexible work schedule with evening and some weekend work required to maximize customer contact.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrate ambition and proactivity with an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Show meticulous time management skills, evaluating priorities, and achieving tasks and goals.
- Motivate yourself to work in a rapidly changing environment where every day is rewarding.
- Persistently strive to achieve your goals, working 37.5 hours per week, and possessing a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Bring at least one year of B2B experience in direct sales and knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce).
