Job Summary:

The Chief Internal Audit Officer will be responsible for developing and executing a robust Audit Plan in coordination with the Audit team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of different Internal Audit standards to direct complex audit and advisory activities within the Rogers portfolio.

  • This is a senior level position in the Third Line of Defense responsible for fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement among internal audit team members.

In this role, you will collaborate with audit management and other team members to plan and execute risk-based audits, report audit results, and monitor management's control environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.

  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop a risk-based audit plan that aligns with the company's overall risk management strategy.
  4. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions to ensure effective closure of audit findings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of internal control and risk management principles, including experience in financial, operational and IT systems audits.
  • Proficiency with the Institute of Internal Auditors' Global Internal Audit Standards, the COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework, COBIT, and other relevant frameworks.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience within Internal Audit, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques.

This is a full-time hybrid work position requiring three days per week in office. You can choose which days best suit your needs.
