We are seeking a seasoned Third-Party Risk Management expert to join our team as Chief Third-Party Risk Management Officer. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Third-Party Risk Management strategies to ensure the security and compliance of our business operations.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of risk management principles, industry frameworks, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate third-party risks, ensuring that our business partners meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Third-Party Risk Management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on third-party vendors to identify potential security and compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain supplier database, track vendor risk assessments, and monitor compliance status.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to validate compliance with contractual risk management obligations and vendor risk management framework.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on Third-Party Risk Management best practices, industry trends, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management program implementation, processes, and practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO and NIST security control frameworks.
  • Experience with TPRM tools, technology, and implementations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
