You will lead and develop internal teams for Information Technology, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, and Construction, providing hands-on leadership for auditing and overseeing all financial processes. Relevant financial leadership experience at an executive level is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in the not-for-profit sector.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have excellent people leadership experience, overall business acumen, and strong team-building skills. Excellent collaboration and communication with peers at the executive level are essential, as well as understanding and experience working with construction initiatives and liaising with contractors and trades. Proven analysis/problem-solving skills, knowledge of data analysis and reporting, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ are also necessary.

Compensation
