Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Bene Renos Inc. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation, and consult with suppliers to ensure effective logistics.
- Technology: Familiarity with MS Office and other computer systems, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and ensuring confidentiality.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to multitask, organized, client-focused, and reliable.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and operations.
