The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. Key tasks include:

  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing contracts and maintaining digital databases
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic mail
