The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. Key tasks include:
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing contracts and maintaining digital databases
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic mail
