The Business Process Optimization Expert is a key role at Agropur Coopérative, responsible for driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.

About the Role

As a Business Process Optimization Expert, you will play a critical role in implementing sustainable changes across the organization. Your expertise will be sought after by stakeholders to model processes, define requirements, and communicate complex concepts to various groups.

You will work on various ERP-related process improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders to map current states and define future states using a process improvement framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs aimed at achieving operational adoption of our ERP system
  • Model processes and requirements to translate business objectives into technical objectives for functional and development teams
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to map current state and define future state using a process improvement framework
  • Effectively transform and communicate complex concepts to various stakeholder groups
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects, from initial idea to implementation and monitoring of solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)
  • Proven experience in business process optimization and improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
