About the Role:

  • As an ERP System Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement programs aimed at achieving operational adoption of our ERP system by users.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders to map current state and define future state using a process improvement framework.
  • You will effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholder groups and lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects from initial idea to implementation and monitoring of solutions.
  • You will optimize business models, processes, and work methods to improve efficiency and quality of the ERP solution adoption by users.

Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and explain business requirements and needs, and participate in defining solutions.
  • Model processes and requirements to translate business objectives into technical objectives for functional and development teams.
  • Support Super Users and act as an escalation point when they are faced with questions or incidents that they cannot resolve.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to map current state and define future state using a process improvement framework.
  • Effectively transform and communicate complex concepts, both orally and written, to various stakeholder groups.
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects, from the initial idea to the implementation and monitoring of solutions.
  • Utilize change management and project management techniques to take the lead or assist in the implementation of sustainable changes.
  • Optimize business models, processes, and work methods to improve efficiency and quality of the ERP solution adoption by users.
  • Actively lead or participate in the collection, research, pull, and organization of data to answer specific business questions.
  • Perform basic to in-depth statistical analyses and compile results.
  • Conduct or support cost-benefit analysis activities.
  • Propose creative business solutions with respect to the project and make viable recommendations.
  • Support the development of documentation pertaining to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses, etc.
  • Train or support others in adopting a continuous improvement mindset and utilizing a process improvement framework.
