Agropur Coopérative is a leading dairy company in Canada, and we're looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our supply chain processes and implementing them in manufacturing sites and head office.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves coordinating and executing day-to-day activities related to project implementation for their function. As the owner of the solution in assigned processes, you will ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and identify opportunities for improvement in business processes. You will also participate in the construction of training materials and provide training to new users, support testing activities, and coordinate design or resolution meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day activities of the project for their function
  • Become the owner of the solution in the processes assigned to it
  • Support the harmonization of processes across sites and alignment with the standard solution
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout implementation
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and add value to SAP implementation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience with Supply & Demand Planning processes
  • Relevant experience with SAP planning tools (IBP, PPDS, MRP)
  • Experience with high velocity item movements
  • Expertise in process improvement or standard management
  • Demonstrate general ease with computer tools
  • Previous experience in the implementation of an ERP as a super user or with SAP in general is an asset but not a requirement
  • Bilingual (French, English) is an asset
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible group insurance, employee assistance program, pension plan, and more.
