The business partner position will support the organization byoverseeing the testing strategy, execution, and coordinationto secure ourtesting cycledeliverablesfor the SAP S4 Hana deployment. Reporting to aBusiness Process Integration Lead, the business partner's main mandate will betoensure that all SAP modules, custom applications, and integrated systems are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality before going liveto coordinate and carry out key activitiesimpacting interim phase strategywhether in the design phase or the deployment phase. They will act as a change agent and as an expert to ensure the achievement ofprojectdeliverables.
They will act as an ambassador and leader during deployments sites insecuring business continuity throughprocedures, processes, and controls. This role will required you to travel (50%) on Agropur's Canadian facilities

What’s involved in this role:

Become the owner of thetesting strategyexecution

Lead the testing efforts for SAP applications acrosstheproject, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of all test phases (unit, integration, UAT, regression).

Develop andmaintaincomprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP modules.Adapt interim solutions through the design phase of final solution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional teams, developers, business analysts, and application owners to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Establish a robust defect management process, tracking, and reporting system to ensure thetimelyidentification, documentation, and resolution of issues across SAP.

Drive andparticipatein test automation initiatives for SAP. Ensuring that automated testing tools are effectivelyutilized.

Mentor and guide testing team members, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality standards aremaintainedthroughout.

Oversee test environments to ensureaccuraterepresentation of production systems for both SAP and application testing.

Provide regular status reports and metrics to key stakeholders on test progress, defect status, and overall quality assurance for SAP and application testing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.

Collaborate with various stakeholders (sites, integrator, third parties,different functions, etc.) throughout implementation.

Coordinate resolution meetings byidentifyingstakeholders and guiding discussions in a way that leads to decisions. Documentidentifiedactions and track them.

What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s Degreerequired.

Bilingual (French, English) ismandatory.

5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role overseeing testing teams.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, functionality, and integration pointsorexperience testing other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, web applications).

Proven experience in creating test strategies, plans, scripts, and casesfor ERPsystems

Hands-on experience with testing toolsis anasset

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks across multiple platformsis anasset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
