Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Process Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our transformation project, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying SAP/MFG solutions across our Canadian plants.

The successful candidate will participate in the design of new SAP processes and lead their implementation on-site. You will support organizational change by optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes and ensuring seamless deployment at manufacturing sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design or resolution meetings by identifying stakeholders and guiding discussions to reach decisions Document and track identified actions.">
  • Support process harmonization between sites and alignment with standard solutions.">
  • Take ownership of assigned process solutions and ensure timely delivery.">
  • Participate in testing activities and defect resolution.">
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and train new users.">
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and add value to SAP implementation.">


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.">
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing production, quality management, operational improvement, or supply chain.">
  • Expertise in process improvement or standard management.">
  • General proficiency with IT tools.">
  • Previous experience as an ERP super user or with SAP is an asset.">
  • Availability for travel +/- 25-50% of the time.">
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is an asset.">
