The business partnerplanningposition will support the organization byoptimizingsupply chain processes and implementing these in manufacturing sites& at head office. Reporting to a business transformation leader insupply chain, the business partnerplanning's main mandate will be to coordinate and carry out key activities whether in the design phase or the deployment phase. They will act as a change agent and as an expert to ensure the achievement of deliverables. They will act as an ambassador and leader during deploymentsof SAPin manufacturing sites& head officeinestablishing a culture of continuous improvement of procedures, processes, and controls. You need to be open to travel up to 50% in our Canadian's facilities

What’s involved in this role:


Manage and execute the day-to-day activities of the project for their function.




Become the owner of the solution in the processes assigned toit




Support the harmonization of processes across sites and alignment with the standard solution.




Collaborate with various stakeholders (sites, integrator, third parties,different functions, etc.) throughout implementation.




Ensures all project deliverables are completed on time.




Identifyopportunities for improvement in business processes. Add value to SAP implementation.




Identifyopportunities for improvement in the way processes are deployed to new users.




Participate in the construction of training materials and give training to new users.




Support testing activities and defect resolution.




Coordinate design or resolution meetings byidentifyingstakeholders and guiding discussions in a way that leads to decisions. Documentidentifiedactions and track them.



What you need to join our team:

Bachelor’s Degreerequired.




Relevant experience with Supply & Demand Planning processes.




Relevant experiencewith SAP planning tools (IBP, PPDS,MRP)




Experience with high velocity itemsmovements




Expertisein process improvement or standard management




Demonstrate general ease with computer tools.




Previousexperience in the implementation of an ERP as a super user or with SAP in general is an asset but not a requirement.




Bilingual (French, English) is an asset.
