The Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Supervisor to join our growing Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering processing training to employees and overseeing Packing Hall Trainers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Module Delivery: Prepare and deliver high-quality training modules as per the requirement.
  • Effective Induction and Hands-on Training: Conduct effective induction and hands-on training sessions to ensure employees possess the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Employee Performance Tracking: Track employee performance and progress to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Training Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs periodically and report on them.
  • Training Content Development: Participate in training content development to meet company needs and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary to address emerging issues.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with Packing Hall trainers and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Possess proven experience as a training supervisor or similar role, demonstrating expertise in training program development and delivery.
  • Traditional and Modern Training Methods: Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and engage employees in the training process.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Capability to produce reports and presentations for senior leadership when needed, using tools such as Excel and MS Office.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime across all shifts to support business needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
