Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Communication: Provide general information to clients and the public, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
