We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Charles Keay Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in an administrative role. We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week in a dynamic and supportive environment.
