We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at CHARLES KEAY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
