Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Chief Sales Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive growth in Ontario by leading a large team of sales professionals.

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to supporting and motivating your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Mentor and coach sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales professionals, focusing on areas for improvement and development.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in sales strategy, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
