Salary Range

We offer an attractive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package ensures that our staff feel valued and motivated to deliver exceptional results.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Determine portion sizes and costs to optimize menu offerings and maintain profitability.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to prevent stockouts.
  • Cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs, showcasing attention to detail and care.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Order supplies and equipment while maintaining budget control.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to create a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations effectively to achieve business objectives.
