We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Acute Home Builders Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas. They will also be required to obtain and process information, order office supplies, and maintain accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to emails (not applicable) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Order office supplies, maintain accurate records and logs, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm with clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, ability to multitask, and proficiency in English language.

  • Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
