Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at The Ranchland Inn Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our motel, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our motel facilities, including equipment, machinery, and computer systems.
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to customer complaints, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our motel has everything needed to operate efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
