Position Overview

The Motel Managing Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, Scott's Inn & Restaurant. This position requires a dedicated individual who can oversee daily activities and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Education Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment

The role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, and resort environment, where teamwork and guest satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
