Position Overview

As a Motel Operations Supervisor at AA Desert Inn Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team operates efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic hotel, motel, and resort environment, where you will manage a team of 5-10 individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operational performance.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repairs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning materials and supplies.
Work Conditions
