- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
This position is set in a dynamic hotel, motel, and resort environment, where you will manage a team of 5-10 individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Establish work schedules and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operational performance.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repairs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Manage inventory by requisitioning materials and supplies.
The role requires:
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
