Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for staff
  • Compile and present operational reports
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies
