Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff members.
  • Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
