Your Role

We're seeking an impact-driven individual to fill the role of Global Client Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for interacting with clients to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding their products and services. This position demands collaboration with internal and external teams to provide top-notch customer service in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Interact with clients to deliver accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Perform issue tracking, ensuring proper prioritization, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Educate customers on product and service knowledge.
  • Dedicate yourself to continuous process improvement.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

You'll Need

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field you're passionate about.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (may include email, phone, or chat support).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong and effective phone contact handling skills.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers both verbally and in written form.
  • Knowledge and experience with Gorgias CRM are a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
