Job Description

We are seeking a Client Account Specialist to join our Field Sales team. As a Client Account Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff.

You will also be responsible for organizing exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions. You will be the go-to advisor, applying a consultative approach to offering customized Rogers solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals. They will have high motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Location and Schedule

This position is based in London, ON, and requires up to 100% travel. The schedule is full-time, with no selection process for shifts.
