Your work environment:

We seek an energetic, passionate, and result-driven individual with a customer-centric mentality. The Global Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supplier sourcing, cost negotiation, supplier qualification, and performance management in a cost-effective, consistent quality, and well-managed CSR manner.

Your day-to-day:
  • Develop and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
  • Collect and analyze supply requirements across business units and cross-functional teams, translating them into a sourcing plan and activities to meet business needs.
  • Stay close to market reality and conduct cost negotiations to ensure competitiveness of sourced materials and goods.
  • Continuously improve total cost of ownership through planned negotiations, product standardization, cost analysis, and re-engineering.
  • Discover and develop partnerships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.
  • Stay informed about raw material indexes, new product availability, and innovation trends to maintain company competitiveness.
A short list of essentials:
  • BA or BSc degree in supply chain management or business administration; master's degree is an asset.
  • +5 years of work experience in sourcing/procurement with increasing responsibilities, and +5 years as a Sourcing Specialist.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to cultivate and impart knowledge in consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with solid judgment.
  • Self-starter, fast learner, and problem solver.
