The Mason Group Inc is seeking an AR Supervisor to join their team. As an AR Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a large team of AR staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage day-to-day AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution, while adhering to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in the AR function.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the team and provide support as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on AR performance, including aging reports, collection metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, conducting audits and reviews to maintain accuracy and integrity in AR processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Senior AR Lead or management experience.
  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of accounting and financial concepts surrounding accounts receivable and internal controls.
  • Demonstrate success in creating and implementing accounts receivable best practices and internal controls.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
