Regional Sales Manager - GTA North Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the GTA North territory. This 18-month maternity/parental leave contract role will focus on driving sales growth and market share expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market share expansion in the GTA North territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including LCBO and private retail store owners and managers
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales plans to address market gaps and opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the liquor industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the liquor industry, including governmental policy and regulations, successful completion of wine and spirit courses desirable (e.g., WSET)
