Job Overview

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000, depending on location and experience. This includes a base pay range of $25.96-$35.13/hour, plus a 25% target bonus. As an Assistant Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for managing business enablers, including financial, profit and loss (P&L), budget, expenses, and cash. You will also ensure inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities are maintained and maximized.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management: Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.
  2. Team Scheduling: Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
  3. Retail Floor Leadership: Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning retail floor coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations.
  4. Inventory Management: Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
  5. Project Execution: Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.
  • Adaptability/Agility: Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire others, motivate, empower, develop, and direct people as they work.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to quickly understand and address business information, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and sales forecasts.
