The Store Leadership Team plays a crucial role in our business, ensuring effective store operations and procedures, guiding team members, and creating memorable consumer experiences.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be part of the Store Leadership Team and assist the Store Manager in the effective operation of the store.

You will provide leadership and direction to diverse associate level team members in your assigned area of responsibility, driving sales and ensuring associates engage consumers to provide a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides training and in-the-moment coaching to ensure associates engage consumers, make product recommendations, and leverage product knowledge to influence buying decisions.
  • Ensures associates connect consumers to company loyalty programs and solicit feedback through consumer surveys.
  • Supports store leadership in the execution of merchandising directives; ensures timely replenishment of the salesfloor and maintains high store standards for product presentation and store cleanliness.
  • Supervises and oversees assigned department of responsibility. Drives department sales through deep understanding of consumer needs, product training, visual merchandising, and communication of product needs and challenges with store leadership.
  • Collaborates with store leadership team to ensure accurate execution of procedures and compliance with company policies. Works to resolve any problems or errors.
