Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Alpine Infotech. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and messages, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Customer Service: Provide directory assistance, perform data entry, and offer general customer service.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for the advertised start date.
  • Work Authorization: Be currently legally able to work in Canada.
  • Relocation: Be willing to relocate for this position.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in this field of employment.
