Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release, ensuring compliance with government legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
