Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for area clinics' performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Review clinic schedules to ensure optimal appointment mix and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance clinic performance and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to clinic teams to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Enhance the productivity and quality of service to clients throughout area clinics.
  • Liaise with marketing and sales leaders to identify opportunities for community engagement and outreach.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Sales Director.

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Provide timely and open feedback to direct reports.
  • Identify training needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Filter critical information from Head Office to employees.

Performance Management:

  • Prioritize time for Area Manager duties and schedule meetings with direct reports.
  • Manage own performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the hearing industry or similar retail/consumer product goods industries.
  • At least 3 years in a people leadership or management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Operational Management, or equivalent business management experience.
  • Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist degree is preferred but not required.

  • Understanding of critical business objectives and ability to drive business results.
  • Administrative skills to ensure smooth business operation.

  • Extensive knowledge or willingness to learn about hearing instruments.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Possess mobile dexterity to operate audiological equipment.
  • Able to move equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequently sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
  • Able to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
