Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Gold Medal Bakery. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our janitorial services scope of works at all store locations within a designated area or territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer experience and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee the performance of our partners and cleaners, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement store-level budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and cost management.
- Lead process initiatives and implementation at store level, working closely with senior management to identify trends and gaps in process.
- Manage business using United technologies provided, including Salesforce and Microsoft programs.
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
