Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at United Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Janitorial Services scope of works at all store or site locations within a designated area or territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer experience and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee the performance of our partners and cleaners, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement store-level budgets and financial plans, ensuring profitability and cost management.
- Lead process initiatives and implementation at store level, working closely with senior management to identify trends and gaps in processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners, communicating effectively and providing timely solutions to problems.
- Support regional management in face-to-face meetings with key customer stakeholders, ensuring a positive brand image and representation.
- Monitor and report on store-level financial activities, including billing, invoicing, and employee hours.
- Implement transitions of new business in stores, ensuring compliance with customer transition processes.
- Lead growth of in-store business by upselling special services and developing short- and long-term strategies to secure sustainability and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Janitorial industry or a related operational environment.
- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
