Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Client Connection Manager Looks Like:

- Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely, professional, courteous and helpful manner on a consistent basis by the entire department.
- Manage and maintain proper coordination for the delivery of all feature books, gift baskets and all other deliveries as applicable.
- Develop and improve systems/processes within the department.
- Manage the coordinator schedules, ensuring there is coverage throughout the week.
- Working with Events Team to coordinate and execute team events.
- Manage Connection Team by leading daily huddles, same page and department meetings.
- Ensure all offices have supplies needed, coordinate delivery of items to each office as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years working experience in general office administration, ideally within real estate industry
- Excellent people-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and coaching teams
