Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Director to lead our new home sales team in delivering exceptional results across our residential communities in the Simcoe region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for our sales initiatives while fostering a customer-first approach that enhances buyer satisfaction and community engagement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for our master-planned communities, such as Windfall at Blue, Craighurst Crossing, Victoria Annex, and an upcoming project in Nottawa, ON.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all homebuyers.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team, ensuring a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Analyze market trends, manage competitive insights, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize sales performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and community sales.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets, providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Equivalent experience in sales leadership, particularly within residential real estate, may be considered in place of formal education.
- At least 10 years of sales management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in residential real estate, preferably new home sales.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the Ontario real estate market, including industry regulations and emerging trends.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
