**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Administration
- Transaction management, including ensuring all documents are collected and distributed as required, in a timely manner
- Preparing documents using WebForms
- Uploading and updating listings on MLS
- Co-ordinating listing property set-up/preparation, such as coordinating scheduling photographers and other third parties
- Expense tracking and reporting
- Managing periodic client events

Marketing
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with focus on lead generation and client retention
- Designing flyers and other marketing materials (Canva or other design software)
- Executing mailings (MailChimp and CRM)
- Managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube)
- Website management (Wordpress or similar)
- CRM management
- Onboard and manage outside vendors to support marketing initiatives

Key Competencies Required For The Role
- 1 year real estate experience preferred although not required (an interest in or knowledge of the real estate industry is beneficial)
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Digital marketing experience, including paid social media campaigns and community building/management (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
- Experience designing and mailing direct mail campaigns
- An understanding of what drives buyers and sellers
- Creative writing skills
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva or Adobe suite)

Schedule: 20 hours per week, negotiable and flexible. Onsite and hybrid.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
