Our Visual Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

This is a part-time position, with up to 30 hrs/week during spring and summer, and fewer as the market dictates in the fall/winter.**Location may vary between Barrie and surrounding area with listings in Alliston, Barrie, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Newmarket, Orillia, Vaughan, Toronto, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Photography and videography, including aerial and twilight shots
- Ensure that all photos and videos are delivered with high quality, on time
- 3D virtual tour capture
- Represent the Faris Team brand through professionalism and while interacting with clients and team members creating an exceptional experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Photography - minimum 1 year, real estate experience preferred
- Videography - minimum 1 year, real estate experience preferred
- Drone License (considered a strong asset)
- Driver's license and ability to travel
- Experience in providing exceptional client service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
