Our Visual Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and improve systems and processes related to photo and video to improve productivity, quality, brand and the client experience
- Embrace creativity, leading to innovation and excellence within this department.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings with team members with a focus on growing the skillset of each photographer & editor
- Monitor and report on team metrics, survey results and feedback
- Work closely with Listings, Staging and Marketing departments to create an incredible client experience
- Guarantee the quality and consistency of photo and video assets across all channels

**Qualifications**:

- Proven success in building and managing teams
- A self-driven mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A strong team player, capable of seamless collaboration with peers and seniors.
- Proven expertise in handling urgency and managing tight deadlines.
- Driver’s License and ability to travel
- Photography or videography experience is an asset, but is not required
