Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Auto Country. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve operational efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
Work Environment

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
